Why people probably worried about sleep?

More than a quarter of the United States population reports, sometimes not getting enough sleep, while almost 10 per cent experience chronic insomnia, according to the Centers for disease control.

National Institutes of health (NIH) estimates, 50 to 70 million Americans suffer from sleep related problems of all ages and socio-economic classes.
