Sleep apnea is a complex disorder and even though I think I understood everything very well, there's nothing like hearing about it from a real doctor (which I'm not). For this reason, I read the blog of Michael Rack, Steven Poceta website and blog of Michael Breus on WebMD. Learn what they are talking about how they have studied these topics for years.
I found another physician entering the blogosphere today of sleep apnea. Sleep apnea Blog of Dr. Jonathan Greenburg and snoring is off to a promising start with lots of useful information in terms that we can understand. Dr. Greenburg has a background of dentistry and runs a clinic for patients with sleep apnea in California. It recognizes CPAP as the number one form of treatment, but also realize that for some patients, oral solutions can be a good option too. Offering both solutions he can fulfill the whole spectrum of patients.
